Articolo 25 macchine direttiva 2006/42/CE - Abrogazione

Articolo 25 : Abrogazione

La direttiva 98/37/CE è abrogata.

I riferimenti alla direttiva abrogata presenti in atti comunitari s'intendono fatti alla presente direttiva e vanno letti secondo la tavola di concordanza di cui all'allegato XII.

This article has been updated by the « corrigendum » Official Journal L 76, 16.3.2007, that mentions :

Corrigendum to Directive 2006/42/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 May 2006 on machinery, and amending Directive 95/16/EC - (Official Journal of the European Union L 157 of 9 June 2006)

On page 34, Article 25, first subparagraph:

for: ‘Directive 98/37/EC is hereby repealed.’,

read: ‘Directive 98/37/EC is hereby repealed as from 29 December 2009.’
